Our story
A house that refused to quit.
"We survived Taal's 2020 eruption, a global pandemic, and typhoon Kristine in 2024. Proud to be standing."
Talisay Lake House sits right on the shore of Taal Lake, facing the volcano that tried — twice — to close us down. It didn't. We restored, rebuilt, and came back stronger every time.
What you get is a three-story private retreat: lakeside lounges, a nipa hut perched over the water, a roofdeck built for late nights under the stars, and every activity your group needs for a proper escape.
This isn't a hotel. It's a home — looked after by Noel, our on-site caretaker — the person guests mention most in their reviews. He will help you settle in, arrange boat rides, assist with kayaks and fishing — and upon request, he'll cook you a proper Filipino meal: fresh tilapia, ensalada, salted egg and rice. He charges separately for meals, but guests who've had it say it's worth every peso.
